Lots of tranny issues!!! We lost our #103 car due to tranny (X-trac at $60K plus) around RM310. Also know Jones, Rob Mac (swapped around RM70), Gordon had tranny issues.
Was a great race, Jones was the first TT through our pit area (RM323) with Andy right behind him (after a 4 minute tire change that we did).
Our #103 was 18 minutes ahead of the CL1's when the tranny broke! BUMMER! Our other car #123 finished, but not after running off the course and down a 30ft embankment, then recovering to find no brakes, fixed that and went 20 miles with power steering issues. But finished and not last in class.
The AGM cars at the start (does anything sound better than that BMW spooling up!!!!!)
Driver Change at RM225 (car was JACKED-UP, lots of dust and couple of hits into trees). Car slips off the jack during tire change, so they use the in car jacking system (both sides that had never been done)...notice the front end lifts as the fuel guys are dumping. NO FIRE...Whew...Rob runs over to the chase truck to grab the antenna off of it as the race cars was gone.
Jesse Jones tire change in our pit (AGM crew Robert (in brown shorts) and Mark (AMG shirt)) got Jones set up.
Mark McMillin stopping after he blew out a radiator hose:
Anyone know what happened to the #1803 crew member that was run over by the class 12 car?
Tough race for UTV's, only 1 of 5 finished.
